Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidClever, operated by VidClever ("VidClever," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use VidClever. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VidClever is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts and video content based on configuration you provide. VidClever relies on third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Grok/Nano Banana models.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

VidClever offers monthly/annual plans with Credits. Monthly credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Add-On Credits remain valid for 3 months from purchase. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to configure or use VidClever to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or that promotes violence. Automated moderation filters are in place.

5. Generated Content Rights

You retain ownership of your inputs. Subject to full payment and compliance, VidClever grants you full rights to publish and monetize generated video assets on your channels.
